Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald
Fitzgerald was named after the famous man who wrote "The Star Spangled Banner" and was born in Minnesota. Throughout his schooling, he had trouble with his academics therefore he decided to enlist in the army in 1917. While stationed in Camp Sheridan, he met and fell in love with a gorgeous Zelda Sayre. After Francis published "The Side of Paradise", Zelda finally agreed to marry him. This novel "The Great Gatsby" includes many of the experienced in his personal life. The narrater, Nick is very similar to Fitzgerald. They are both well-centered men who have been educated, have a love for wealth, and move to New York after the war. Fitzgerald becomes very famous and continues to write so he's earn money to make Zelda's love for im last. "The Great Gatsby" became one of the most known novels of the 1950's.
